| INSTALLATION INVENTORY
1. PLUMBING (SANITATION)
Apartments will contain sanitary objects as it follows:
In sanitary groups:
- toilet seat out of sanitary porcelain,having the water tank enbedded in the wall
- wash basin made of sanitary porcelain, attached on the wall, equiped with mono taps
- bath tub or shower tub, equiped with mono taps.
In kitchens:
- stainless steel sink attached to the countertop ,equiped with mono taps.
- water coupling for the dish washer
- water coupling for the washing machine
Water draining has been forseen thus:
- accidental spilling or water resulted from emptying technical or functional spaces (like restrooms) will be drained through simple floor-draintraps (100 mm width)
2. LIGHTING SYSTEM
All areas will be equiped with light sources (spotlights, lamps) that supply the desired level of light and flexibility concerning the way areas are lit. Furthermore, the required number of sockets for flexibility in using various types of machines as much as TV and Internet sockets.
3. HEATING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM
The heating system was designed for obtaining a comfortable 22 degrees C in most areas, except for bathrooms and technical areas in which the temperature will be 20 degrees C, taking into consideration an exterior temperature of -15 degrees C. Room heating is made through the use of steel compact radiators, model/mark 22 (two convective panels and two radiating panels) (model Vogel&Noot). Each apartment is equipped with its own high outturn plant (90%) for heating in nominal parameters 90/70 degrees C and supplying hot water for home use, equipped with atmospheric burner and leak-proof burning chamber, burned gas evacuation and air input kit. In each sanitary group an exhaust fan for foul air is installed. For providing the climatic parameters durring the summertime, mono split systems. |
